Construction Laborer
Full-Time | W-2 | $20 to $25/hr (based on experience)
Location: East Helena / Helena, MT. Travel required at times.
This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced crew leaders on post-frame and residential construction projects. You will be loading materials, operating tools, keeping the site clean and safe, and doing whatever it takes to keep the job moving forward.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1 to 2 years of construction experience (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors daily
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel or stay out of town when needed
- Must pass drug screening and background check
Applicants who come with their own basic tools are preferred. Useful tools include a tool belt, tape measure, framing hammer, speed square, chalk line, razor knife, and cordless drill.

Construction Lead
Full-Time | W-2 | $27 to $32/hr (based on experience)
Location: East Helena / Helena, MT. Travel required at times.
This is not an entry-level position. As a Construction Lead at H&H, you will run crews, read and execute plans, and be fully accountable for quality, pace, and professionalism on every jobsite. You will work right alongside your crew, tool belt on, leading by example.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of construction experience
- Hands-on experience in post-frame and stick-frame construction
- Ability to plan ahead for materials, tools, fuel, and logistics
- Strong communication skills with crew, office staff, and subcontractors
- Leadership that motivates through respect, not intimidation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass drug screening and background check
