Ragen Place Shop
A 40×80×16 shop built using stick-frame construction to accommodate future living quarters. The structure includes interior framing, plumbing considerations, and a loft storage area with stair access. Built with trusses spaced for future sheetrock installation and finished in a dark gray and light gray exterior color scheme.
Norris Rd. Arena
An 80×104 post-frame structure built with a 14-foot height and polycarbonate light panels along both eaves to maximize natural light. Designed as a large-span building with straightforward functionality and durability.
Spokane Ranch Barndominium
A large barndominium project combining over 2,800 square feet of living space with a 3,000 square foot shop. The home features vaulted ceilings, 9-foot walls, a bonus room, and concrete flooring throughout. Interior finishes include granite countertops, upgraded lighting, a fireplace, and tongue-and-groove porch ceilings.
Boulder Ranch Barn
A 40×100×12 post-frame building built as a working calving barn. Designed with scissor trusses for increased interior height and natural light panels along both sides. Finished with a polar white roof, saddle tan walls, and white trim, with sliding and man door access for daily ranch use.
