Do you build outside this 90-minute radius?
Occasionally, yes, but it depends on the project. Larger builds that justify the additional logistics are the most common exception. If your property sits outside our typical footprint, contact us with your location and project details, and we'll give you a straight answer.
Can you build on rural or difficult-access properties?
Yes. A significant share of our work occurs on rural land, such as ranch properties, ag parcels, and sites that require some site planning before the first post goes in. We conduct a site assessment early in the process to identify access considerations, grading needs, and any factors that affect scheduling or cost. If your property has unique terrain or access challenges, that's not unusual for us; just tell us what you're working with.
Is there a travel charge for projects outside Helena?
For most projects within our core service area, travel is factored into the standard project estimate. For properties at the outer edge of our radius or beyond, there may be additional considerations. We'll discuss those upfront during the estimating process so there are no surprises.
